At Daisy Avenue Swim, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

We accept returns on full-priced swimwear within 15 days of your order date. All returned items must meet the following criteria:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition: Items must be free of any makeup, deodorant, or other stains.
• Original tags and hygiene liners must remain intact: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear that has had the hygiene liner removed.
• Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, if possible.

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
• Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at daisyavenuehelp@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Return Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Return Shipping: Pack your item securely and send it back to us using the return shipping label we provide. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
4. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

• Refunds: Once your return is processed and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund will include the price of the item, minus any shipping fees.
• Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item as per our return process. This ensures you get your preferred item while we process your return.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

For international orders, returns are accepted within 15 days of received date.. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Please note that customs duties and taxes on international returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Please carefully review product descriptions and size charts before purchasing.
